Placing an order with VoIPModo.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online.
1. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from voipmodo.com, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the “Cart” icon at the top of our website.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "remove" button next to the title. The item will remove from your current Shopping Cart.
When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, you must choose a shipping method before you will be able to continue. You have three different shipping options to choose from:
Ground Service (Continental United States only)- After item ships out, you'll receive it within 1-7 days. May vary depending on where you are in the country and the delivery times to that area.
Standard Service- 2nd Day Air (you'll have it within 2 business days)
Expedited Service- Overnight (you'll have it the next business day) **Please note that we are not responsible for shipping carrier delay's
After you’ve chosen a shipping method, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form, which from there you can proceed to fill out the information appropriately.

Terms and Conditions
Shipping & Delivery
- Products ordered together may ship separately depending on warehouse availability. Items that are shipped free based on promotion or discount will ship via Ground shipping. Tracking numbers will be updated on your account when available and or emailed based upon carrier availability. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via UPS World Wide Express. Purchasers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs and or taxes in the destination country. Please Note: We can not ship to any Freight Forwarder Service
- Returns
- Most products may be returned to VoIPModo within 15 days of purchase. Returned items must be in new condition and unopened. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Software, licenses and support are not refundable. Please contact your sales rep for more information.
- RMA's
- Products that are defective within 15 days of purchase may have a request submitted to rma@voipmodo.com for replacement. After 15 days defective merchandise requests should be submitted to the applicable manufacturer. Staff at VoIPModo may be able to assist you in your repair/replacement request. Please contact repair-help@voipmodo.com if you would like assistance in obtaining replacement assistance.

- VoIPModo is not responsible for pricing errors and typographical errors that may appear on the site. In the event that a purchased item is unavailable, VoIPModo will contact the customer about item substitution, backorder, or refund. Items that are refunded do to product unavailability are not subject to the 20% restocking fee.
